At FBC Saint Peters, we desire that all our people have opportunities to grow in their relationship with Christ, with each other, and with our community. Primarily, we believe this is done, not through programs or events, but through relationships that our members make as they are living in the world. Secondarily, we like to offer opportunities for our people to gather and get equipped and encouraged throughout the week. Below is a list of the various ministry categories that we offer to the people of our church family. If you would like more information on any one ministry, please contact our church office or pick up a handout on any particular ministry located at the Welcome Center at the front of our church.
We gather that we might magnify the work of Jesus Christ, glorify our God and Father, be changed by the Holy Spirit, and get equipped to scatter to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our Sunday School hour is geared toward educating our members in the whole counsel of Scripture, encouraging our members to passionately pursue transformation in Christ, and equipping our members to live missionally in their neighborhoods.
Our Community Groups serve to be the hands of our congregation in how we would apply the truths of God’s word in each other’s lives as well as engage our surrounding culture and community.
Kids of the King
Kids of the King is what we call our children’s ministries. This ministry desires to equip our children to learn more about our God and Savior as well as enlist them to join in praising and glorifying the works of our great God in Christ.
We recognize our youth to be a vital part of our local church and the global Church. Therefore, our student Ministry exists to grow in discernment of Jesus’ reality, in depth in our relationship with him and others, and in desire to take risks for his gospel.
We desire to be a church who supports, loves, and relies upon the wisdom of our elders. Our various Senior Saints ministries provides activities and worship for our senior adults.
FBC Saint Peters desires to praise God with loud singing out of grateful hearts forever changed by the gospel of Jesus Christ and his great gifts he gives without hindrance. We do so through our instrumentalists, our choir, and the joyous voice of our congregation.
As an avenue to spur gospel-centered education to our members, we offer a Book Club that one may freely join. People are directed to read a book our Lead Pastor selects over the course of four to six weeks and interact with each other via an online forum.
